Following the monster release of his new album Algorithm on Def Jam featuring 32 artists on 23 tracks, Snoop Dogg has expanded upon this project by making ‘Algorithm [Global Edition]’ with 15 unique tracks including remixes from some of the previous tracks.

These 15 extra tracks on Algorithm [Global Edition] feature prominent and rising artists from Universal Music Group all around the world, putting the album at a total of 40 songs with an insane total of 50 R&B and hip hop artists.

Snoop is the head of Def Jam Recordings and his new album presents hope for a boost in recognition of Asian Hip Hop artists in the US and other western countries, featuring some of Asia’s biggest Hip Hop artists like Yung Raja and Joe Flizzow.

Singaporean rapper Yung Raja, well known for his use of Tanglish [a mix of English and Tamil] in almost every song he drops, features on ‘Qualified’ alongside Snoop Dogg, Larry June and October London. Malaysian Hip Hop icon Joe Flizzow features on the laid-back track ‘Alright’ alongside two of Def Jam’s biggest stars Redman and Method Man as well as Nefertitti Avani.
