AP Dhillon & Shinda Kahlon are ready for war with ‘REAL TALK’

The India-born, Canada-based duo is the coldest

AP Dhillon and Shinda Kahlon are two India-born rappers flying the Punjabi flag high in Canada. They co-founded Run-Up Records together with Gurinder Gill, Gminxr, Herman Atwal, and Kevin Buttar, as the label they use to release their music.

However, in 2023, AP Dhillon released four singles that were distributed by Mass Appeal India and is doing the same in 2024 as well. On March 19, he dropped another collaborative effort with Shinda Kahlon, which came in the form of a single entitled ‘REAL TALK.’

It’s two-and-a-half minutes of straight coldness from the two MCs. Shinda Kahlon takes on the first half of the track, spitting his bars in his signature sing-song fashion. The baton is then passed to AP Dhillion, who enters the track just as its original mellow beat switches into a much grimier, 808-heavy sound, which he absolutely demolishes. In the video, both soldiers are prepping for a war that many other MCs wouldn’t want to fight in.
