The Rap of China 2024 is going worldwide. In late August of 2023, iQIYI celebrated its third anniversary by letting the world know they were looking for contestants for the next season overseas. Now, the powers that be behind the show have picked six entries to battle it out on March 2 in New York City at VShow.

Taiwan’s Majin leads the pack, as she has been making waves by releasing songs and she made it through to the final show on MTV’s The Rapper’s Season 2. Bill Niu brings his Rap and martial arts skills to the table. Even though the name doesn’t easily slide off the tongue, the ChillsenOne seems like he’s got some good rhymes to showcase. CASTLE$ is from Philly, recently put out Tryadz & Tribulations, and has been co-signed by China Mac.

Jinzy is not just about music. After getting her undergraduate degree, she’s also producing music videos. The final contestant is Rapeter, who has put out a ton of tracks and has 10 million listens on NetEase Cloud.

For any six of these contestants, getting onto The Rap of China will change their lives forever. They will be going for it at VShow.
