JB & The Afroseas encourage people to get their backs up off the wall on ‘做咩啊 Jo Me Ah’

The point of the party is to party

When JB and The Afroseas go to a Hong Kong party, they want there to be amazing music, the right mix of males to females, and people getting down to the beats. Recently, though, they have seen people at parties staring blankly at each other with their backs on the walls of the club just chilling instead of letting loose. For them, they made ‘做咩啊 Jo Me Ah.’ This Afro-Trap fusion is just right for the summer, as 做咩啊 means “what are you doing?” They promise to go to clubs and parties and call people out if they aren’t getting into the groove.

This is the second time The Afroseas and JB have worked together after they got jiggy on ‘To The Boat.” This time, instead of floating on the Hong Kong harbor, they are in a nightclub turning up. The beat is uptempo Afro style while the Afroseas are on it, then it drops to Trap for JB to kick verses, then back up to finish it off. ‘做咩啊 Jo Me Ah’ is a message to the wallflowers that they aren’t having any of that standing around nonsense. The whole point of being at the party is to be partying.
