Although mortality is something humans cannot escape, legacies are what live on forever. Sidhu Moose Wala was assassinated in May 2022, but people are still talking about him, spitting his bars, and living it up in his name. That’s legacy.

On February 2, his family released a new posthumous track entitled ‘Drippy,’ which features the Canadian rapper AR Paisley. And of course, it’s an absolute banger of a track.

Sidhu Moose Wala opens the track up with his dynamic voice, gliding through its Trap instrumentation produced by Mxrci with ease. AR Paisley takes on the second verse for the track, dropping bars about how he’s locked in and no one can mess around with him.

One of the top comments left under the music video reads: “After you left, we forgot to be happy, but whenever your song comes up, it becomes a festival for us.” Again, that’s legacy.
