It’s a great time to be a Kid Cudi fan. The rapper has been making a lot of moves by putting out massive amounts of material recently. His latest is the video for ‘SUPERBOY,’ from his deluxe album INSANO [NITRO MEGA]. The video was filmed in Korea last year in October when he played at the One Universe Festival.
This year alone, the lonely stoner has released the 21-track INSANO on January 12, the deluxe version, INSANO [NITRO MEGA], with 18 all-new songs, including ‘SUPERBOY,’ on February 23. If that wasn’t enough, the ‘SUPERBOY’ video, released last week, is accompanied by a comic book series and a limited edition clothing line.
In Korea, Cudi is rapping and flexing in front of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park, the site of a former stadium. On social media about the video, Cudi gave a big shout-out to Verbal from The Teriyaki Boyz, who have their hit that won’t quit ‘Tokyo Drift.’
