7-ELEVEn Hong Kong turns convenience wear into a real fashion flex
The collab is with local brands BeCandle & GRS
There was a time when convenience store clothing existed for emergencies only. If you got caught in the rain, spilled something on yourself, or needed a fresh T-shirt, socks, or underwear in a hurry, the local shop had your back with something cheap and forgettable that could be tossed after one wear.
Not anymore. Convenience wear has quietly become a legit style lane, and 7-ELEVEn Hong Kong is the latest to lean all the way in. To celebrate its 45th anniversary, the chain has teamed up with local brands BeCandle and GRS for a capsule that turns everyday corner-store nostalgia into wearable merch.
The collection includes a maroon work jacket with embroidered patches, a retro green work shirt inspired by 1980s and 1990s staff uniforms, three colorways of Kowloon caps, and two T-shirts stamped with the slogan, “Always Here. Made for more.”
And because this is Hong Kong and nobody does merch halfway, the drop also includes two aromatherapy necklaces and a diffuser stone set. So yes, if you’ve ever wanted to dress like the hardest-working person on the late shift and smell curated while doing it, this collection has you covered.
