2026 is already moving fast, and the early festival announcements are signaling a clear changing of the guard. Across the globe, new-generation artists are no longer sitting mid-bill—they’re taking over the top lines.

Lollapalooza India recently revealed Playboi Carti alongside the Opium movement, including Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Homixide Gang. In the US, Rolling Loud’s flagship May edition sees Don Toliver and NBA YoungBoy headlining, further proof that Hip Hop’s next era is fully in motion.

Asia is very much part of that shift.

ComplexCon Hong Kong returns on March 21 and 22 at AsiaWorld-Expo, once again blending music, fashion, art, and street culture under one roof. For 2026, the event’s art direction will be handled by Hong Kong native Kasing Lung, the visionary behind the global Labubu phenomenon, adding a strong local creative identity to the weekend.

The first wave of performers is already turning heads. Yeat will headline Saturday night, while Jennie of BLACKPINK closes out Sunday.

Yeat’s return to the ComplexCon stage feels like a full-circle moment. After his chaotic and viral headlining set in 2025 alongside his crew, the Rage rap star now brings that same energy to Asia for the very first time. Known for his distorted sonics, fashion-forward aesthetic, and signature balaclava look, Yeat’s arrival marks a major crossover moment for the continent’s younger Rap audience.

On the other side of the spectrum, Jennie represents global star power at its peak. One of K-pop’s most recognizable figures, her presence guarantees massive attention while reinforcing ComplexCon’s ability to bridge underground culture with worldwide influence.

So far, the only other artist announced is Skai ISYOURGOD, with many more names expected to follow. With its bold headliner pairing and strong creative direction, ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 is shaping up to be one of Asia’s most culturally important festivals of the year.
