When people meet each other for the first time, there’s always a wall up on both sides. Slowly, as two people get to know each other, the walls start coming down brick by brick. On Kim Chi Sun’s latest ‘Naked,’ the R&B singer explains that when meeting the right person, she can bare her soul.

Here naked doesn’t mean without clothes. Instead, it’s a way of feeling around someone when you let your guard down. “‘Naked’ captures the heartbeats of the first date when my inner soul and his met, touched, and blended together,” Kim said in a write-up about the single.

In the video, Kim and her paramour look to have just gotten into an accident on the highway. They are battered and bruised, but that doesn’t stop them from having a good time as the tow truck takes them back to wherever they need to go. At a stop, some angels join them and the whole crew starts to have a good time getting naked while getting to know each other better. In the end, some face swapping goes on and the angels have a baby everything works out for everyone.

Kim’s vocals sound seductive in both English and Vietnamese, and the catchiness of ‘Naked’ mixed with the double entendre of the song make it perfect for warm and muggy nights in the summertime spent with a new love.
