Wu-Tang’s Final Chamber to be in Japan on May 24

The farewell world tour started in Baltimore in June 2025

Be very wary of bands that say these shows are their final ones. If there is money to be made, bands want to make it. The Eagles have been touring 30 years past their first Hell Freezes Over tour that was supposed to be their swang song. KISS had a Farewell Tour in the beginning of the 2000s, then an End of the Road Tour in the 2020s, and after that, the band announced they will tour as digital avatars. Oasis’s 41 shows in 2026 even proved that siblings who have disliked each other for two decades can decide not to look back in anger and get on the road to make hundreds of millions of dollars.

With that said, the Wu-Tang Clan has announced that on May 24, the final show of their farewell tour, The Final Chamber, will be at K-Arena Yokohama. This will be the first time the group has played in Japan in 20 years, and will close out their world tour that started in Baltimore in June 2025.

While it will undeniable be great to catch all members, [RZA, Method Man, U-God, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, GZA, and Inspectah Deck] as well as Young Dirty Bastard filling in for his father, and Cappadonna, it’s hard to believe this will be the final show forever…ever ever. It really feels like in a year or two, they could get the call to headline Madison Square Garden or Coachella for big bucks and take it. Like any good Kung Fu flick, there was always the final chapter and then some more.
