If there was ever a match made in Asian Hip Hop heaven, VannDa and YoungOhm would be it. While these two artists are very different, they are cut from the same cloth - the streets - and have gone on to become superstars in Cambodia and Thailand respectively. They even both have a capital letter in the middle of their names. It’s a very good day when ‘Smoke Up,’ a track with both of these Gs pops out of thin air.

When VannDa reached out, YoungOhm was hype. “It felt like the perfect fit. I’ve followed VannDa’s career and really respect what he’s built. ‘Smoke Up’ was a natural collaboration, and I’m excited for our fans in Thailand, Cambodia, and beyond to experience it."

For VannDa, this single is the first step in his mini-album trilogy, TREYVISAI. Today, he’s releasing TREYVISAI I: The Search for Light. On March 21, part II, Burn Like the Sun comes out. The grand finale, The Return to Sovannaphum, is out on May 1 with a series of concerts to support the trilogy.

VannDa raps in an introspective manner because he knows it’s his time to shine again. YoungOhm has a soulful way of existing that is punctuated by his lyrical skill. ‘Smoke Up’ showcases both MCs at the top of their game.
