‘Triple OG’ Doctor DIVINE drops off early an early Christmas present

Christmas came early for Indian Hip Hop. On December 14, Doctor DIVINE, India’s biggest rapper, dropped off his latest single ‘Triple OG’ for all the good boys and girls of the world. The song, produced by Phenom, evokes the feelings of Truth Hurts’ ‘Addictive’ in a future throwback kind of way.
DIVINE, hot off the return of Gully Fest, shows why he’s the gold standard of rapping in India. He floats on the beat through the whole three minutes that he has. DIVINE sometimes does collabs, but ‘Triple OG’ shows why the good doctor doesn’t need them.
The video, dedicated to Elvis Brown, puts DIVINE in a few standard Hip Hop places like an empty parking lot, a club with his boys, a shop selling gold, and a high-end clothing store. DIVINE shows why he’s a ‘Triple OG’: he can hold down the mic and effortlessly rock with the best in the world wherever he is.
