Rahul Baget had the swag to win Hip Hop India dance competition
Raftaar & Badshaah were surprise performers for the grand finale
In a country where dancing is everywhere, to be the champion in Hip Hop dance is something to be very proud of, and Rahul Baget is that something. After taking on dance crew UGH as well as the duo of Divyam & Darshan in the finals, the Popper and Waver Rahul came out on top on Amazon miniTV’s dance reality show Hip Hop India.
For the past seven weeks, Hip Hop dancing has been taken to the next level by all who were involved in Hip Hop India. Judged by masters Remo D’Souza and Nora Fatehi, 21-year-old Rahul had what it takes because he started dancing in fourth grade and already has 10 different titles to his name.
The grand finale wasn’t only about Rahul, though. Both Remo and Nora took to the stage to show off their dancing skills, and surprise guests Raftaar and Badshaah showed the audience and viewers where live Indian Hip Hop is at with great performances on the show.
On social media, Nora gave a shout out to Rahul, “Congratulations for winning the title of Hip Hop India champion. Well deserved! Your swag and ability to shake the stage during your battles with other contestants has been crazy.”
