From the Block performances have been getting a lot of traction on the streets in America and especially on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Stories worldwide. It’s easy to see why because it’s just a hanging microphone and an MC spitting lyrics. Big hitters such as Juelz Santana, Fivio Foreign, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Bobby Shmurda, Cash Cobain, and a whole lot more have taken the mic and made it their own.

Now, From the Block has released two videos from Japan. The first one is Awich, tubaki, OZworld, and Chico Carlito, which is done beautifully in a Japanese temple. Since it was released, Awich has been everywhere, which is a big nod to the From the Block social media team.

Three days ago, JP The Wavy posted up in front of a local Izakaya and went apeshit on his From the Block Performance. In his finest fur, Wavy lets the beat by JIGG talk and sing a bit in the beginning, and then he goes mad. JP is one of Japan’s biggest Hip Hop stars, but here he shows the hunger and desire of someone without a record deal needing to be put on. He starts off a bit braggadocious, but halfway through you realize it’s not the dope gold chains or the funky fresh beats that make Wavy a star. Instead, it’s his relentless skill on the microphone.

JP shows he’s a beast on the For Shooters Only From the Block Performance, and this is a big chance for him to get recognition worldwide for his mastery of Hip Hop.
