MC Jin’s latest ‘Humble Flex’? President of Family Style Records

Everybody eats!

LiFTED | Marcus Aurelius | 21 May 2026

MC Jin is the Asian-American Hip Hop OG that killed it on the 106 & Park Freestyle Fridays, signed with Ruff Ryders, acted in 2 Fast 2 Furious, and is now even putting out comedy specials. He’s done it all, but to celebrate the 2026 AAPI Heritage Month, he’s adding a new title to his resume–president of Family Style Records–and he’s got a dope new single, ‘Humble Flex’ out on that label.

Instead of taking the high road, Jin’s song ‘Humble Flex’ takes on his haters on social media. He gets some good shots in at the trolls, comparing them to the 30-year-old waiting for a man to propose, and the scrubs sitting on the lap of Santa at the mall.

Along with Jin, Ne-Yo, Sonu Nigam, and Jonathan Serbin, Pacific Music Group was founded last year. Family Style Records is the Hip Hop imprint with MC Jin as the head. Family Style already has an initial roster that reflects its international and genre-fluid vision with Jin, Korean alternative Hip Hop siblings Lil Cherry & GOLDBUUDA, 13-year-old Indonesian Rap prodigy NADA, and Chinese-American breakout star Khantrast [for Asia management]. As Asian influence continues to rise across the globe, the goal of Pacific Music Group and Family Style Records is to connect artists, communities, and audiences worldwide.

Jin said, “The idea of everyone coming together for a meal really captures the spirit of what Hip Hop means to me. With the launch of the label, our goal is to provide artists an opportunity to continue cooking up authentic flavors for the world audience. Family Style. Everybody eats!”
