NIGO is everywhere as FamilyMart celebrates 45 years
There has to be a moment in the day when NIGO sleeps, but clearly, this isn’t it. Fresh off a string of moves, the Japanese streetwear architect is back with another play: a HUMAN MADE x Coca-Cola collaboration, now rolling out across FamilyMart Japan. The limited-edition cans feature HUMAN MADE’s signature heart logo stamped onto one of the most recognizable beverages on the planet. It’s simple, collectible, and built to move fast.
This drop is a triple win for NIGO. He’s the Creative Director of FamilyMart, the founder of HUMAN MADE, and a longtime collaborator with Coca-Cola. As part of FamilyMart’s 45th anniversary, the chain became the exclusive home of the cans, with its Shibuya Koen-dori location fully wrapped in the campaign’s visuals.
HUMAN MADE’s mantra is “the future is in the past.” That lines up perfectly with Coca-Cola’s 140-year legacy. The result is a clean fusion of heritage and hype, turning a convenience store run into a streetwear moment. For NIGO, it’s another step in making everyday spaces feel curated, collectible, and undeniably cool.
