GroovyRoom makes a H1GHR Music posse cut ‘FASHO’
With Jay Park, pH-1, HAON, TRADE L, Woodie Gochild, BIG Naughty, Sik-K & lIlBOI
Since 2017, producers Park Gyu-jeong and Lee Hwi-min, better known as GroovyRoom, have been shaping the sound of Korea’s H1GHR Music and Korean Hip Hop in general. They have put out albums, appeared as judges/producers on Korean Hip Hop reality shows, and even won several Korean music awards.
On July 21, the production duo released ‘FASHO,’ a posse cut that showcases all the skills of the H1GHR Music team. Over seven minutes and 15 seconds of flute Trap bliss, Jay Park, pH-1, HAON, TRADE L, Woodie Gochild, BIG Naughty, Sik-K, and lIlBOI show why H1GHR Music has been running things for a long time, and why the future looks so bright.
Like a Future album, ‘FASHO’ seems like it never stops, but it also doesn’t get boring. pH-1 is great on the hooks while other MCs like HAON and Sik-K step in and kill it in front of their labelmates.
