The thing about Mongolia is that it’s squeezed between the cold lands of Russia and the rough lands of China. The mountains are picturesque but the roads are bare. For a short time of the year, it’s one of the most beautiful places in the universe, but it’s also cold and unforgiving during the winter.

Ginjin is one of the diamonds in the rough from Mongolia. He’s an MC who has a dedicated work ethic and an ear on the streets. Everything Ginjin puts out is fresh, but he’s such a skilled MC that he even sounds good rapping in Mongolian over an Afrobeats beat. His latest drop, ‘Mantra in the Trap,’ is also outstanding because of how effortlessly dope it is. He flows with ease over a smooth beat, and then Ginjin has a lyric video of him spending time with his kid and chilling. The crazy part is that he’s already gotten 190,000 views in a couple weeks, which are numbers that some rappers would die for.

Now Ginjin isn’t just gonna be rapping. On his social media, he’s started an entertainment company, Dobu Boyz ENT. Anyone can try and get on but Ginjin warns, “Day 1s only.”
