B-Sav flips Dancehall’s viral ‘WYFL’ Riddim into Tamil fire
Dancehall’s biggest Riddim lands in Asia via Canada
In late 2025, DJ Mac and Crash Dummy cooked up something dark, cold, and dangerous in the studio. The ‘WYFL’ Riddim hit like a bomb and has quickly become the biggest Dancehall riddim of 2026 so far. More than 200 artists have already jumped on it, with heavyweights like Vybz Kartel, Chronic Law, and Mavado sharing space with newer names such as Nigy Boy and Skippa, who appears on the breakout version.
Now, the riddim has touched Asia by way of Canada. Tamil rapper B-Sav enters the chat with ‘Kavanam Riddim,’ repurposing his ‘Kavanam Freestyle’ over the now-unstoppable instrumental and attacking it with confidence.
‘WYFL’ stands for “Weh Yuh Feel Like,” and right now it feels like nobody can resist this beat. From Jamaica to Ghana to Toronto, artists hear that hypnotic bassline and razor-sharp bounce and immediately want in. B-Sav adds a Tamil twist to one of Dancehall’s biggest global waves and proves the riddim still has room to travel.
