AR Rahman & Pharrell collab on ‘Yaara Punjabi’ at LV fashion show
It’s not often a 10-second clip has this much star power
At Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Spring-Summer 2026 show this past week, a 10-second clip has taken the world by storm. ‘Yaara Punjabi’ is a collab produced by AR Rahman and Pharrell Williams, performed by a choir and an orchestra while the models walked down the runway.
While the song slaps, it’s more about the front row of the LV show that has sent the online world into rumor mode. The royalty is there – Jay and Bey, as well as some other serious VVIPs, like Spike Lee and Future. In the middle of this is BTS’ J-Hope, which the online world is trying to put on the track.
AR Rahman, who was delighted to work with Pharrell, said, “It’s always inspiring to see music intersect with fashion and global culture in such a powerful way. Moments like these remind me of the universal language of creativity and the joy of coming together to make something meaningful.”
