MFS takes another ‘Bow’ with Baby Tate on the remix

It’s the American remix to her viral hit earlier this year

Serving as the soundtrack to one of Overwatch 2’s most hyped characters this year – Kiriko, MFS’ 2021 single ‘Bow’ became an overnight viral hit as listeners gravitated towards her trance-like delivery and menacing production. Now with over 20 million streams on Spotify alone, the Tokyo rapper has teamed up with American rapper Baby Tate for an official remix.

Taking up only half the runtime of the original, the ‘Bow [Remix]’ is a brief affair that sees Baby Tate deliver a charismatic 16-bar verse where she puts all of her detractors on blast. Meanwhile, MFS takes on chorus duties – the very same one that has captivated millions of listeners worldwide.

‘Bow’ was originally MFS’ sophomore single, a sneak peek into her 21 Savage-esque discography that came after. Her specialty is sinister rapping that pairs well with her deep voice, which is why a collaboration with Baby Tate made perfect sense. A rapper who, sonically, is a direct contrast to MFS’ brooding style. It makes the remix that much more exciting to listen to.

It’s not the first time Baby Tate has collaborated with an Asian artist. Just earlier this year, she hopped on a remix to 88Rising artist BIBI’s stellar ‘BIBI Vengeance.’
