With the Hip Hop Civil War dying down as fast as it started once J. Cole apologized to Kendrick Lamar for his diss track at the Dreamville Festival he headlined, all eyes are now turned to Coachella 2024 for the next two weekends. There’s a lot to be loved about the festival including Tyler, the Creator and Doja Cat headlining two of the nights, Lil Uzi Vert and Ice Spice dropping electric sets, and AP Dhillon reppin’ for South East Asia.

88rising is back and they are promising a fun time on the Sunday nights with Futures, which includes the ever-lovable ATARASHII GAKKO!, Awich, Tiger JK, Number_i, XIN LIU, YOASOBI, Yoonmirae, and some surprises. The whole show will be live streamed from the Coachella website here.

In 2022, 88rising brought the heat to the desert when they did Head in the Clouds Forever, an 80-minute power set featuring Warren Hue, MILLI, BIBI, NIKI, Rich Brian, and CL reforming with 2NE1. The reunion set fire to the Internet on the first weekend and set the stage for the Head in the Clouds Festival later that year.
