88rising rolls out a new series to dismantle Anti-Asian Racism

The music and media entity is the home to many famous Asian Hip Hop artists

88rising, the renowned music and media entity is partnering with SiriusXM on a new speaker series that will educate listeners on how to actively dismantle systemic racism due to the recent spike in anti-Asian hate crimes in the US. The label is famous for having several high-profile Asian artists such as Rich Brian, NIKI, Joji, and the Higher Brothers.

The series will take place weekly on 88rising Radio on the SiriusXM app with the first speaker being John C. Yang, the president and executive director of Asian American Advancing Justice. The organization’s mission is to advance the civil and human rights of Asian Americans and build and promote a fair and equitable society for all. 88rising is known for bringing many Asian artists to the global scene, and it is crucial for them to gather outspoken members to help educate and raise awareness of anti-racism.
