Snoop Loopz are here to save breakfast & help with homelessness
The cereal is the latest addition to the Momma Snoop line
From Long Beach to the Super Bowl to the metaverse and now to the breakfast table, Snoop Dogg has his paws in nearly everything. His company, Broadus Foods, with Master P as the CEO, has recently come out with a bunch of breakfast items, including Snoop Loopz, a cereal that looks to take on one of the most popular cereals of all time, Fruit Loops.
This is not the first offering for breakfast from Broadus Foods. There is a line of Momma Snoop products, in which the logo is fashioned after the Aunt Jemima that was discontinued in 2021. Snoop’s mother, Beverly Tate, passed away in 2021. As of now, Snoop sells pancake mix, maple syrup, oatmeal mix, grits, and now Snoop Loopz. A portion of sales on each of Snoop’s products will be given to help eradicate homelessness in the US.
Breakfast is not the only meal that Snoop has an interest in. He wrote a cookbook in 2018, From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes from Tha Boss Dogg’s Kitchen, which is still a top seller on Amazon. He’s also worked with 19 Crimes company for years, having his own red and rosé wine. Not to mention the fact that he’s very good friends with Martha Stewart, one of the biggest celebrities in food culture in America.
As rappers get older, they see that music is a small part of what could make their money. It’s good to see that Snoop Dogg is using his image to do good.
