FORCEPARKBOIS hit back with 17-track statement album Long Last the Force
The Johor Baharu crew returns heavy
Since 2018, FORCEPARKBOIS—the 10-man MC collective out of Johor Bahru, Malaysia—have been steadily building their name across the region. Before Yuki Chiba even made the name switch, the crew had a ‘Team Tomodachi’-type moment with ‘Lotus,’ inspiring remixes from crews around Asia. Their 2023 debut album, THANKS FOR THE WAIT, quietly knocked too, proving they were more than just a viral moment.
In 2024, FORCEPARKBOIS landed on the cover of LiFTED, and then they vanished. No noise. No forced momentum. As Lil Wayne once said, “Real Gs move in silence like lasagna.” The crew spent a lot of 2025 locked in the lab, and now they’re back with Long Last the Force, a 17-track, hour-plus project that plays like a victory lap for patience.
Rather than chasing quick-hit singles, the album leans into mood and world-building. Opener ‘WITHDRAWL’ sets the tone with a wavy, introspective feel. ‘MONEY TALK’ stays in that pocket while bringing in MK K-Clique and Chronicalz for extra texture. ‘SUPER SAFEE’ briefly cuts through the clouds with a sunnier energy, while ‘A+A’ drags the BPMs to their absolute lowest, floating in syrupy slow motion.
With global rap drifting deeper into the Playboi Carti/Opium era of haze, distortion, and atmosphere, Long Last the Force lands right on time. It doesn’t chase trends. Instead, it slides into them comfortably. This is music for late nights, tinted windows, and long drives when the city won’t sleep.
