For the past few years, MIYACHI has lived up to his King MIYACHI moniker by doing whatever he pleases. If he does some street interviews in front of a Family Mart, they are funny and shared widely. If he wants to show up at Boiler Room and rock the hell out of the joint in a white button-up shirt, he does that, too. If he wants to put out a 12-track manifesto, Salaryman Strikes Back, the people love it.

Now, MIYACHI is in collab mode and joins C6ix on ‘Kachi is a Must,’ and it’s definitely a track that makes people take notice because of the sparse but heavy beat produced by MIYACHI frequent collaborator, Doc Pauly. Immediately C6ix busts rhymes in Japanese but with a thick Ghanaian accent that is unique, charming, and makes his raps stand out. MIYACHI steps in halfway through and is always on point.

The visualizer/video is simple but to the point with two MCs from different parts of the globe in a dark and dank alleyway spitting rhymes. It really doesn’t get more Hip Hop than that.
