As spring warms up into summer, concert and festival season in Asia has arrived. This Saturday, May 11, India’s Badshah plays a concert at Singapore Expo Hall 5. As a pioneer in the music industry, Badshah has been a songwriter and producer. He’s got at least 10 billion streams on his 200-plus songs in various languages and has more than 500 million followers on all his social media accounts.

Do these numbers make him a good performer? Not necessarily, but he’s worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry including Diplo, J Balvin, Sean Paul, Tainy, and Major Lazer. None of them are playing wack shows for sure. Badshah is doing a world tour that includes Singapore, America, and Canada over the next two months.

While most will want to check out the Indian icon, he’s playing with a host of local performers including Yung Raja, DJ Mass, Flint J, and Romaine Willis.
