WACKO MARIA’s Terrifier collab turns horror icon into fashion statement

Late for Halloween, but perfect for ugly sweater parties

LiFTED | Marcus Aurelius | 31 10月 2025

Originally released in 2016, Terrifier was dismissed by critics but has since become a cult horror phenomenon. Its twisted humor and gruesome visuals have earned it a dedicated following, inspiring two sequels and ending up on countless Halloween watchlists.

Japanese fashion brand WACKO MARIA has released its second collection featuring Terrifier-inspired designs. The line includes a striking Ska Jacket adorned with embroidered Terrifier motifs, and a mohair sweater showcasing a disturbing, tortured body print. The brand elevates the film’s kitschy graphics into high-fashion, hipster-ready prints.

Although the release comes a day after Halloween, the timing is perfect for holiday parties like ugly sweater gatherings, horror-themed celebrations, or Christmas cheer that’s better for grossing out than warming hearts. WACKO MARIA’s horror collab is sure to turn heads and raise eyebrows well into the season.
