There have been rumors about Ye living in Japan for some time now. During the World DMC Championships in October, one of the contestants posted a photo with Ye at the Shibuya Crossing that looked Photoshopped, but also slightly intriguing.

On November 8, Travis Scott pulled his never-ending Circus Maximus world tour into Japan at the Belluna Dome. The show was crazy and wild, but the big news is that out popped Ye with a mask on to do ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothin’.’ As soon as he finished, Ye tore off the mask to the biggest roar of the crowd for the night. He then went into an “Old Kanye” set, which included ‘Runaway,’ ‘Heartless,’ ‘Flashing Lights,’ ‘Stronger,’ and ‘All of the Lights, and ‘Through the Wire.’ Travis’ daughter Stormi also made it to the stage to the cheers of the thousands in attendance.

Travis has mentioned Ye many times in recent interviews saying that no matter what, Ye is his brother. By not turning his back on Ye no matter what he has said, Travis proved he was a real one. For Ye, image rehabilitation is in the cards. He has been trying to move on from his past controversies by meeting with Jewish Rabbis. Spending time in Japan may be just what Ye needs for redemption.
