One of the reasons these past pandemic years have been so difficult has been that festivals haven’t been able to happen. As the world heals from the global pandemic, piece by piece, things are starting to return to normal. Coachella happened and that kicked off festival season. Glastonbury is right around the corner. For Asia, the Fields will be alive again in Thailand from December 15 to 18 as Wonderfruit returns.

There’s absolutely no doubt that this is good news. There’s something magical about going to those fields and finding freedom and fun around every corner. While it is a largely electronic music festival, Hip Hop fans can enjoy themselves at the Hip Hop stage. The last time Wonderfruit happened, the stage was filled with exciting acts like TWOPEE Southside, Phum Viphurit, Kweku Collins, Skratch Bastid, and Bomber Selecta.

While it’s been a struggle to keep our collective heads up, this brings great joy to our faces and hearts. Thoughts of making it back to the field will push us to make sure that we can’t stop won’t stop what we are doing.
