Globally, Hip Hop and R&B account for about 30 percent of streamed music. Over the past few years, R&B has been on the rise with singers like SZA, The Weeknd, H.E.R., Kehlani, and more bringing a new sound to modern ears. Mongolia’s Mrs M grabs singer Namone and slides into the R&B space with ‘Call Me,’ her sultry and smooth single.

The beat is slow on purpose and creates a lush bed for Namone’s singing on the first verse. Her voice sounds like a faint whisper that demands more attention. When ‘Call Me’ gets to the hook, Mrs M comes in and shows she’s not just a rapper. Instead, she also sings in a dreamy voice that titillates and seduces easily. But this is Mrs M, the long-time queen of Mongolian Hip Hop, so you know she has to bust a few rhymes on the song.

The video keeps up the R&B vibes as both Namone and Mrs M work together in the same office and there is a new employee that needs some training. Eventually, both of the singers are letting loose in their car and they end up dropping him off, leading the mind to wonder what happened while he was in the car.

‘Call Me’ shows that Mrs M is not just a rapper or an R&B singer, but she’s the best of both worlds.
