A new year has dawned upon us, and with it comes resolutions and fresh starts. However, for most of Asia, we get to celebrate these festivities twice. If you had a boozy start, perhaps it’s best to abstain as the Lunar New Year is just around the corner, where you could go all out once again.

Of course, you wouldn’t want to be caught without a fresh fit during the festivities either. Do not fret, because the folks over at Nike, Roots, and CLOT have cooked up some fire Lunar New Year-themed apparel for the Year of the Dragon.

Every year, Nike releases a line of Air Jordans to commemorate the Lunar New Year, and they have not fallen short this time round. This year’s iteration comes in an Air Jordan 1 Low OG, with a colorway of gold, red, and jade. It doesn’t have a traditional leather finish; instead, it’s presented with leather overlays that mimic the scales of an actual dragon. There are no official release dates yet, so stay locked, as these tend to sell out almost immediately.

As for the Canadian-Hong Kong collaboration via the Roots x CLOT collection, there’s so much to choose from including varsity jackets, T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, bags, hats, wallets, key chains, red envelopes, as well as socks.
