They are taking all the cash out of the safe

Over the years, there has been a long line of female-led heist movies where the women take the power back by brute force. Flicks such as Thelma and Lousie, Set It Off, Run Lola Run, and Spring Breakers all showcase who is in charge now. Even on the smaller screen, a video like Rihanna’s ‘B*tch Better Have My Money’ shows the ladies getting revenge on the ones that have caused them trouble.

Thailand’s bilingual baddie WILAI and her crew of fly girls are out for theirs on her latest single, ‘Toupe.’ Dressed to the nines in all black, WILAI gets down and dirty on her song by rapping about cocaine residue, choking fantasies, BBLs, and more.

‘Toupe’ works because of WILAI’s breathless raps, but also because she knows what people want. In the video, the crew of ladies are not only talking the talk but also walking the walk. They toss money around, they are into roughing up men to get the cash in their safes, and they look good, which adds to the rewatchability of ‘Toupe.’

Check out WILAI’s ‘Toupe’ below.
