The Netherlands’ B-boy Lee beat hometown hero, China’s B-boy Lithe-ing, to claim first place at the Olympic Qualifier Series Shanghai. On the female side, it was a clean sweep for Japan as B-Girls Ayumi, Ami, and Riko stood at the podium at the end of the competition.

In the second-to-last chance to get into the Paris 2024 Olympics, 40 B-girls and B-boys battled it out in Round Robin and heads-up style. The competition was stiff, and intensity was in the air as some of these athletes had been training their whole lives for this competition.

At the Huangpu Riverside OQS Urban Park, the Chinese breakers got some energy from their home crowds as people gathered to watch the finals of BMX, climbing, and skateboarding as well. The final chance for breakers to make it to the Paris 2024 Olympics is in Budapest from June 20 to 23. After that, all the countries will finalize their athletes for the competition.
